Veterinary medicine

Although it was originally developed for treating humans, REHATRON™ alpha is also being used increasingly in veterinary medicine. Particularly horses, dogs and cats (but also guinea pigs, tortoises, etc.) respond very well to non-invasive induction therapy and the results are also valuable for human medicine, since according to our current knowledge, no placebo effect can occur, so that the actual efficacy of REHATRON™ alpha is unequivocal and unmistakeable for both the user and the animal's owner.

The management board of A.O.G. GmbH is also very concerned to expand the use of REHATRON™ alpha in the field of veterinary medicine as rapidly as possible for personal reasons. Therefore, we have already commissioned one study in this field and are glad to offer interested veterinarians or licensed nonmedical animal health practitioners devices with specialised components to facilitate their use in stables for example or for very large animals. If you would be interested in participating in this study, please contact us.

The following is an article written by Univ. Lektor, VR Mag. Dr. med. vet. Reinhard Kaun, consultant equine veterinarian and consultant veterinarian for physiotherapy and rehabilitation at the PRO EQUO equine hospital in Ohlsdorf, Upper Austria, which was published in the Salzkammergut Zeitung in November 2005 (see also: Link... ):

A quantum leap in treatment – non-invasive induction therapy
Ohlsdorf, November 23, 2005

The old proverb "medicus curat, natura sanat" has probably never held more truth than when applied to this new non-invasive induction therapy. Translated, the phrase means that the doctor cures, but nature heals! Thanks to this latest of technologies, the theories and ideas that have long been the preserve of revered scientists such as Tesla, Lahkovski, Rife, Priore or Dotto can now be translated into fact and put to practical use.

With a three-dimensional energy field, which is generated in the cells of the organism by a twisted coil, the diseased or run-down body cell can be restored to a physiological energy level with a cell membrane voltage of 80 to 100 mVolt.

Whereas the membrane potential in the diseased body cell can fall to values below 30 mVolt, the metabolic processes collapse and as a result the cell even loses the ability to repair itself, the same cell with physiological membrane voltage can restore normal metabolism and activate its own auto-repair mechanisms.

This process, which is not associated with any adverse side-effects, is made possible with a special device that emits pulses in the nanometre range. The treatment has no side-effects because the healthy body cell that has normal physiological membrane voltage is not affected by it. The "therapeutic" field penetrates up to 18 cm into the tissue, so that it is also able to affect internal organs.

The significant limitations to which the device is subject in human medicine due to the use of pacemakers and closed metal implants are not relevant for veterinary medicine.

Examples of indications for horses:

• All inflammatory and degenerative processes such as inflammation of the joints, tendons and muscles, and arthroses
• Navicular diseases
• Diseases of the back and spine (upper to lower spine)
• Condition after setfast and tying up
• Rehabilitation after laminitis
• Inflammations in the head region (eyes, salivary glands, lymph nodes, paranasal sinuses)
• Assistance in the case of diseases of the heart and lungs
• Improvement of regeneration in high-performance sports
• Targeted rehabilitation following operations and injuries
• Treatment of scar sites
• Reinforcement of the immune system against allergies and susceptibility to infections
• Acute and chronic injuries

Examples of indications for small animals:

• All inflammatory and degenerative processes associated with orthopaedics
• Dachshund paralysis
• Pelvic limb ataxia (Alsatians)
• Acute and chronic problems with the spinal discs
• Inflammations in the head region (eyes, ears, gums etc.)
• Skin diseases
• Gastritis
• Abscesses
• General weakness and frailty after general diseases in old animals
• Support in the case of infectious diseases
• Support in the treatment of diseases of the internal organs
• Rehabilitation following operations
• Treatment of scar sites
• Acute and chronic results of trauma
• Reinforcement of the immune defences
• Inflammations of the anal glands
• Healing of lesions

Examples of indications for racehorses/owners:

• Arthritis and arthroses
• Diseases of the eyes
• Tenderness, disease and fatigue in the spinal region
• Muscle spasms
• Hip joint degeneration
• Diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tracts
• Gastritis and irritable bowel
• Acute and chronic consequences of injury
• Healing of lesions
• Burns
• Chronic fatigue syndrome

Patients undergo the treatment without any difficulties. As with most homeopathic treatments, treatment of horses is a question of "listening to the body". As with all homeopathic treatment methods, an initial phase in which the condition actually worsens is possible.

A therapeutic unit lasts 10 – 15 minutes, the intensity and frequency should be tailored to the individual patient.

While astonishingly rapid improvement and healing after just 3 to 5 sessions has been observed in the case of acute processes, degenerative and chronic processes usually require 8 – 12 treatments.

Additional analgesics or anti-inflammatories are not usually needed, which is extremely important in the case of racehorses because of the doping controversy. The device that makes this treatment possible is called REHATRON™ alpha and it is ready for use at my veterinary practice and at the PRO EQUO equine hospital in Ohlsdorf.
